China: Any military action that bypasses UNSC is violation on Intel law

 

China has expressed rejection of any use of force in the international relations, calling for respecting sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of other states “ Any unilateral military action that bypasses the UN Security Council contradicts the UN Charter principles and violates norms of the international law and the basic criteria that govern the international relations and would complicate the crisis in Syria,” Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying said in a press conference commenting on the US-British-French tripartite aggression on Syria She added that China urges the relevant parties to turn back to the international law and solve the issue through dialogue and negotiation.
